XLEV-M

XLEV-M is used for allergic rhinitis and related allergy symptoms. A clinician should select it when the formula matches the diagnosed condition and the patient’s health profile.

XLEV-M contains Montelukast 10 mg and levocetirizine 5 mg tablets.

Take XLEV-M by mouth exactly as prescribed. Swallow it with water and follow the recommended timing, food instructions and treatment duration.

Use it on the schedule prescribed for you. Take each dose at a consistent time and complete the course unless your clinician tells you to stop.

Do not use XLEV-M if you are allergic to any ingredient. People with significant liver, kidney, heart or other long-term conditions should discuss the product with a clinician before starting it.

Headache or stomach discomfort can occur. Stop and contact a clinician promptly for new mood, sleep or behaviour changes, including anxiety, aggression, depression or suicidal thoughts.

Share your full medicine and supplement list with your clinician. Do not use XLEV-M as a rescue treatment for a sudden asthma attack.

Use XLEV-M during pregnancy or breastfeeding only after a clinician has reviewed the expected benefit, dose, treatment area and safer alternatives.

If you miss a dose, take or apply it when remembered unless the next dose is close. Do not double the amount. For accidental overuse or a severe reaction, stop and contact a clinician or emergency service.

Keep XLEV-M in its original pack, tightly closed, dry and away from direct heat or sunlight. Store it out of reach of children and do not use it after the expiry date.
